Established in 2002, the Tabalí winery is located on the edge of the Atacama in one of the northernmost vineyard regions of Chile. Heady citrus blossom and dried apricot notes combine with chalky minerality typical of Limarí's rocky soils. Soft and rounded texture, Viognier's graceful character neatly riffs off the flavours of Cantonese cuisine - try it with steamed whole seabass in ginger and spring onion.
