The Stutt family, originally heralding from Scotland, came to France in the 15th century during the Hundred Years War. In 1586, they inherited Chateau de Tracy and the property is still in the family's hands today. From slopes overlooking the Loire River, the old vines yield concentrated tropical fruit notes and grassy pepper underneath a citrussy frame. Tangy and fresh, it is best served with salmon or trout.
