A seductive and richly textured sweet sherry from a single Solera showing a complex and moreish palate of coffee, liquorice, sweet tobacco, dried fruit and toffee. Fernando de Castilla was revitalised by Jan Pettersen, a Norwegian with a passion of quality fortified wine, in 1999. Spot on with chocolate-based puddings or vanilla ice cream. Winner of 'Best Sweet Fortified' at the 2019 Wines of Spain Awards.
