The first vintage was produced in 2014, using only  traditional Portuguese grape varieties. Set in Oliveira do Hospital, the vineyards are surrounded by 4  mountains - Serra da Estrela, Colcurinho, Açor, and Caramulo.  This high-altitude granite terrain underpins the elegance,  minerality, and refined balance that give Freire Lobo wines their  distinctive Dão character.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eVery elegant mineral aromas with orchard fruit aromas, white  flowers and dried herbs. The palate is delicate, filled with citrus drenched pear and apple flavours.
