Each parcel is fermented separately utilising wild yeasts in a mixture of old barrels, foudres, concrete tanks and stainless steel tanks. After blending the wine is aged, on lees, in stainless steel tanks. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe result is a beautiful Treixadura blend with remarkable depth, balance and poise. \u003cspan\u003eAromas of white peach, nectarine, honeysuckle, and herbs.
