The wine comes from three neighbouring vineyards planted on gravelly loam soils formed by a prehistoric Russian River washout, with vines range from 15 to more than 125 years old, contributing depth and complexity. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-end=\"711\" data-start=\"367\"\u003eThe 2024 vintage followed a wet winter, mild spring and warm summer, which encouraged an earlier ripening season. Harvest took place between 30 August and 14 September.
