Rodrigo is Chilean, and formerly worked at Caliterra (one of Chile's best known and most sustainable wineries). Swapping a landscape of llamas and Andean condors for brown Swiss cows and red kites has worked out for Rodrigo, with Cave de la Cote named 'Swiss Wine Cellar of the Year' for 2021. Following on from that success, he was named the 'Gran Maestro du Mondial du Merlot' in 2022. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine shows delicate aromas of white blossom and citrus aromas, with juicy stone fruits bringing weight to the palate.  \u003cspan style=\"font-size: 0.875rem;\"\u003ePairs nicely with most fish, white meat and cheese.
