The Bolney Estate can be found on the edge of the Sussex Downs and a mere hop, skip and jump down the road from Taurus Wines. Their Muscaris is delightfully off-dry with a hint of spritz. Fragrant spices dance across a vibrant palate. Beautifully balanced with lemon zest, orange blossom honey, Turkish delight and golden pear notes. Lychee on the nose with tropical fruits.
