This brandy, rarely seen outside of Orange, France, was a real hit as a digestif at our Rhône Winemaker's Feast hosted by winemaker Amandine Bernard of Chateau Beauchene.
Rich and warming, this after dinner tipple would also be perfect poured over Christmas pudding for a long, satisfying flame.
