Created from 17 different parcels of grapes (each one named in beautiful calligraphy on the label), vinified separately and then blended together, before being matured in oak barrels for 18 months.
Deeply coloured with dark berries on the nose. Fine-grained and silky tannins show the complexity and richness of Beaune's premier crus.
Enjoy it with boeuf bourgignon or mild creamy cheeses on crusty bread.
