Terre dei Buth are all about a return to nature, where wine is produced organically and with a simple appreciation of nature, hence the gourd-inspired bottle labels.
There are many versions of Prosecco, which are categorized by residual sugar. The real challenge is to obtain a very dry version, the Brut, while preserving the freshness and fragrances of the Glera grapes that make the Prosecco unique.
Fine and persistent bubbles and straw-yellow colour, the nose is intense, with hints of green apple. Fresh, aromatic and elegant, with light notes of bread crust.
Delightful as an aperitif and a delicious complement to dishes with pumpkin and carrots. Serve at 6-8° C.
