Perfected over four years for a thirst-quenching balance of sweet and bitter, the ready-to-pour Garden Spritz is a fizzy orange cocktail, but not as you know it. Combining the Mendoza-made Chandon house sparkling Brut, named "Best Argentinian Sparkling Wine 2020" at the Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships, itself a lovely blend Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Semillon, with a rich, silky orange liqueur made from hand-picked, hand-peeled Valencia oranges, with a touch of herbs and spices.
Made to be poured over ice into a large wine glass and served with a juicy slice of orange alongside a bowl of fat, buttery Nocerella olives. A rosemary spring will elevate the glass even more if you were so inclined.
