Palomino Fina
50cl * 17% ABV * Sanlúcar de Barrameda
Atamán vermouth is produced primarily using Manzanillas from the historic Angioletti and El Toro wineries that are located in Sanlúcar’s upper quarter. Inspired by the 'Atamán' vermouths and quinquina tonic wines that have been aging for decades in the cellars of Bodegas Barbadillo, the 'Atamán' brand was born in 1943 but sadly no story remains as to why it is named after a Cossack General...
The theory goes that his character is reflected in the absinth, wormwood, Quassia tree bark, Seville orange, rosemary and elderberry aromas of this vermouth.
