Once a sheep paddock, this four-hectare property was bought by two medical students who bonded over homebrew at university. Of the belief that low cropping levels provide the best fruit for showcasing this gem of a vineyard, Folding Hill limits its yield to 3.5-4 tonnes per hectare and harvesting is done entirely by hand. The resulting wines are rich and complex, exhibiting the wonders lurking in this beautiful Bendigo fruit.
