75cl * 13% ABV * Aconcagua Valley, Chile
The Chilean wine estate of Errazuriz was founded in the Aconcagua Valley in 1870 by Don Maximiano Errazuriz, a pioneer who travelled on horseback out beyond established vineyard areas near Santiago to find the best possible terroir. The refreshing breeze and foggy mornings here are ideal for producing perfectly ripened cool climate varieties, such as Sauvignon Blanc.
This wine shows ripe tropical fruits, green apple, and lime. It has a refreshing acidity and great length. It drinks deliciously as an aperitif and equally pairs well with seafood, shellfish, summer salads and spicy food.
