Prüm undoubtedly offers some of the finest wines in the Mosel. Founded in 1911 by Johann Josef Prüm, the estate has developed a reputation for premium level Rieslings, which display an extraordinary purity of fruit and distinctive minerality.
The nose is zesty, with white flowers and the textbook smoky note for Wehlener. The palate is bold with peach, apricot and orange. The finish is generous with a hint of yellow plum, apple and honied notes. This is the ripest and most opulent of the Spatleses this year.
