Pinot Noir

Organic and biodynamic

All of Benjamin’s vineyards are in premium spots in the Cote d’Or and where possible he insists on organic and biodynamic practices in each of them. Benjamin is a master at delivering purity of fruit alongside a seamless texture in his wines which have only the subtlest influence of oak.

Benjamin sources the grapes for his vibrant Bourgogne wines from across a number of village-level vines in different vintages. This vintage comes from Savigny, Santenay and Fixin, among others. Ready to drink now, yet this wine still has a structured minerality, and some floral, very pretty fruit. The acidity is still relatively fresh, assisting the fine, linear finish.
