This unique Single Pot Still whiskey from the award-winning Hinch distillery in Ballynahinch, Northern Ireland is made by traditional Irish mashing processes with Silent Valley water from the local Mourne Mountains.
Part aging in Bourbon casks and part in Sherry Butts has allowed it to develop subtle spice and an underlying creaminess alongside herbaceous and biscuit aromas and a distinct zesty note.
