75cl * Bordeaux, France
Haut-Bailly has been catapulted into the top tiers of Bordeaux wines and manages to produce outstanding wines even in 'off' vintages like 2007. Silky-soft and seductive with creamy berry fruit, cedar wood and warm gravel (a tell-tale sign of good Pessac). Impressively textured and drinking beautifully now.

This bottle is part of a wine cellar purchased from a highly respected Master of Wine (MW) with whom I have worked for many years and who is recognised as one of the world’s Italian wine experts. It has been stored in the MW’s own cellar or climate-controlled storage and I have every belief that it is in tip-top condition. However, as with all purchases of this nature there has to be an element of caveat emptor to proceedings – as such, we will not be able to offer refunds or returns on this item.
