A Limoux speciality: Chardonnay aged in new oak that bears many of the hallmarks of Meursault - broad and buttery, scented with stone fruit and spice. This is named after the Toques et Clochers (or 'Hats and Steeples') festival, an annual charitable event that involves a wine auction and dinner presided over by Michelin-starred chefs in order to raise money for the restoration of churches throughout the region.
