Don't judge a book by its cover - the same goes for wine packaging. Except, in this case do, because what's on the inside is just as pretty as what's on the out. The grapes for Ultimate Provence span 100 acres around the town of La Garde Freinet, set amongst wild countryside and oak forests. Lovely layers of fresh summer berries - raspberry and strawberry - mingle with something ever so slightly spicy, light white pepper. Round and soft on the palate, this has plenty of refreshing acidity and lift. Excellent with griddled prawns or Mediterranean salads.
