Bolney Estate was planted in the early 1970s on the edge of the South Downs and is now one of England's premier wine producers. The company is still family-run, with Sam Linter, daughter of founders Janet and Rodney, heading up the winemaking team. The focus with all their wines is to create a fruit-driven, linear and very English style.
An attractive pale salmon pink in colour, this shows a nose of pure elegance and distinction: red apple, cranberry, wild strawberry and spice. Creamy and fruit-forward on the palate, it has all the qualities to pair with salmon, pheasant, duck or cold cuts.
Winner of Best English Magnum, Best English Vintage Rosé, Best English Sparkling Wine at the Champagne and Sparkling World Wine Championships 2019.
