Cantine Pellegrino is one of Sicily's most prosperous wineries and whose owning family can trace their lineage back to the founders of the Marsala trade. A relatively new wine to Taurus, but bottles have flown off the shelves once customers taste them on our Enomatic machines. Despite the warmth of the region, this is surprisingly elegant, with notes of citrus, stone fruit and wisteria. Fresh, a touch saline and rounded off by slight sweetness, this would make a lovely summer aperitif.
