However, changing tastes have prompted ancient producers like Dereszla to harvest earlier in order to produce whites that evoke all the gloriously ripe character of the wines of old - apricot, marmalade and spice - but on a dry palate. Rounded and fleshy, this has ample weight enough for potsticker dumplings.
