The Malvedos vineyard has been the cornerstone of Graham's ever since the property was acquired in 1890. Its steep, south-facing slopes receive ample sunlight, reasonable rainfall and fresh breezes for perfect ripening of the grapes. Luxurious with cassis and dark plum, this has a plush chocolate and spice palate. Big and bold, the floral and eucalypt lift is the Malvedos signature. Decant for a few hours before serving alongside chocolate desserts or blue cheeses.
