Award-winning Henners is produced solely from grapes grown on the estate in Herstmonceaux in East Sussex. Sourdough aromas combine with crunchy green apple fruit to provide a wonderfully welcoming nose. The palate is fine with a lively and persistent mousse. Green apple and pear fruit character mix with a toasted brioche flavour on its complex and moreish palate. Balanced acidity and a long finish make this excellent with food - assorted party nibbles, creamy cheeses or anything fried would go down a treat.
