Cyder like no other: made using the champagne method from fruit trees older than champagne itself, this deliciously dry fizz could easily be mistaken for a fine sparkling wine. Brock Bergius will talk us through his pride and joy at the Taurus Tasting Room in our newly renovated barn. Ticket price includes a magnum of Gospel Green to take home and nibbles during the tasting.
