We can usually organise next day delivery to our local area in one of our Taurus Wines vans. For nationwide deliveries we use APC couriers and can usually give you a specified date for delivery within a day or two. We're sorry to say that we cannot ship to Eire, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Sheppey, Hayling and Portsea Islands, the Isles of Scilly, Lundy, Anglesey, the Channel Islands, Lindisfarne or the Highlands and Islands for the same UK flat shipping rate that we offer to England, Wales and Scotland's more easily accessed areas. If you live in one of these beautiful areas and would very much like some wine delivered by us, please do contact us on 01483 54 84 84 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange delivery on a quote-by-quote basis, depending on how generous our courier is feeling.
Under European law you are entitled to return your order to us within seven days of purchase or within seven days of receiving the order, whichever is longer. For a full refund please return unopened and completely undamaged bottles to us in safe and secure packaging within seven days of receiving them. Sadly, as wine is a bulky, heavy and fragile item we cannot offer free returns, however we can organise a courier to pick up the returnable wine to us, at your expense, or if you are within a 10 mile radius of our shop we will happily send a van to pick your wine up at a charge of £16 plus VAT.
If you are unhappy with your wine once it is opened (ie if it is corked) please phone us straight away and try and keep a sample of the wine so that we can return it to our supplier for a full refund. Your statuatory rights are not affected.
For sale or return refunds please contact us after your event. The refund will be processed onto the card that was used for the initial payment. Please be aware that sale or return is only available to those have pre-booked the service. For more information, see here.
