Tyrells Potato Vodka

Distilled at the Hereford crisp firm's new distillery and using potatoes from its own fields. Clear in colour with quite slow legs. Very clean and slightly sweet with a creamy backgroud. Touches of lemon, rounded and very soft on the palate. A sweet, plump character develops in the middle of the tongue. Tongue coating, eventually becoming mouthfilling. Soft with a buttery quality, cut with a hint of spice and a light aniseed finish. Very well made and worth seeking out.
