Hennessy Fine de Cognac

A blend of 60 spirits ranging from between 4 and 10 years old this cognac has aromas of orange blossom, lemon peel, cinnamon and honey leading to flavours of citrus fruits, brioche and grilled almonds on the palate. Finishes with a delicious lingering flavour of spice and honey. Described by the Master Blender Yann Fillioux as "precious moments tasting as ethereal as a flower's fragrance"!

Cognac Maxime Trijol VSOP (Grande Champagne)

From a very small estate (20ha) in Grande Champagne this Cognac is a blend of 'eaux-de-vie' between 10 and 40 years old with an average age of 15years. Twice it has been Winner of the Gold Medal and Trophy at the International Spirits Competition. This is a subtly flavoured brandy with rich notes of orange rind and a long complex spicy slightly sweet finish.
