Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Originated by Jacob Beam in 1795 this is the product of six generations of distillers. This is the original Kentucky Bourbon.
Highland Harvest Organic Whisky
"Soft and sweet with light notes of pine and light fruit, green melon, vanilla and (in time) allspice and fresh oak - gentle. On the palate that allspice kicks in again: very spicky creamy and tingling with good feel. Flavours carry well on from the nose. Soft. The finish is clean and refreshing. Bulleit Bourbon
Very light - aromas of pine nuts and vanilla. Faint oak but lots of sweet barley on the palate. Excellent.
Woodford Reserve Bourbon Whiskey
"Notes of burnt raisin, caramel, nut and demerara sugar. Flavours of dry dates and caramel."
Glenfarclas 10 year old (Speyside)
Delicately light, with a mouth-watering combination of maltiness, smokiness and sherry sweetness. Hints of dried fruit, vanilla, cinnamon and cloves tempt the taste buds further before a long spicy finish
Glenfarclas 15 year old Whisky with Glasses gift pack
Colour: A rich golden amber. Nose: Complex, sherried, deliciously peated, light butterscotch aromas, with a hint of dried fruit. Flavour: Full bodied with super balance of sherried sweetness, malty tones and peaty flavours. Finish: Long lasting, gloriously sherried, sweet, gently smoky, and distinguished. Comment: With greater complexity than our younger whiskies, this is a great whisky drinker’s whisky. We bottle this at 46% simply because my grandfather preferred it at this strength. It’s still a family favourite. In his 2007 Whisky Bible, Jim Murray gave Glenfarclas 15 Years Old a score of 95/100, one of the highest scores he has awarded.
Ardbeg 10 year old (Islay)
Islay's most heavily peated malt and also one of it's most complex. Smoke galore as well as marmalade, lime, malt and subtle spice. If you need a medicinal dram this Winter to clear a cold, etc – make it this one!
Glenfarclas 21 year old (Speyside)
Dark amber-gold in colour, this is a seriously intense whisky. The nose has aromas of sherried fruit, tropical fruit, nutmeg and almonds with slight citrus notes at the end, all held together with a vanilla sweet smokiness; the rich palate ends with a fantastic smoky/chocolate finish.
