Anna de Codorniu (Spain) Discounts Apply15% off on 6 or more
Named ‘Best Value Sparkling Wine of the Year’ at last year’s International Wine Challenge, Anna is the top selling Cava brand within Spain. Codorníu is one of the world’s oldest wineries dating back to 1551 and it produced the first sparkling Cavas (or Champana as it was called then) in 1872. The name Anna being a tribute to one of the earliest heiresses of the estate. The fizz benefits from being 70% Chardonnay (like many Champagnes) the remaining 30% being traditional Cava grapes. This results in a light Champagne-like style wine.

Cipriano Prosecco 'Spago' Botter (Italy) Discounts Apply15% off on 6 or more
Wonderfully Italian in attitude -a flanged cork (i.e. requiring corkscrew), and being pressured at just 2.4 bar, means it is technically defined by EU law as a still wine and so only pays still wine duty. Not only is this prosecco great on its own, but just add about 1/3 peach juice to make a Belini worthy of Harry’s bar.
Los Gansos Sparkling Brut(Bio-Bio Valley, Chile) Discounts Apply15% off on 6 or more

A fresh palate, with good acidity, balanced and complex, this is an extremely elegant and delicate brut. To taste it is juicy, crispy, mineral and refreshing. An excellent choice for an aperitif.

Nyetimber Sparkling Brut 2005 (Sussex, England)
The summer we won The Ashes! June, when flowering occurs, brought lovely dry days with moderate temperatures resulting in a good crop. Autumn, the crucial time for ripening grapes was warm and the grapes were pressed with very good maturity during October.
In appearance, the wine displays gently spiraling bubbles through a bright golden hue. On the nose, sweet almond toasted croissants, cappuccino, vanilla and citrus fruits fill the nose.
On the palate, echoes flavours of orange and vanilla with a long dry finish. The bubbles bring roundness yet also freshness to the wine.
This vintage lends itself perfectly to be enjoyed with food and suggestions include crab, savoury tartlets, lightly smoked fish or poached halibut.
